We had a verbal agreement for repairs after our vehicle was in an accident that they will repair the vehicle and respray it and that we will have the vehicle withing 2 weeks, we took the vehicle to them and we bought the parts our self as they charged us an additional R2400.00 only for the parts, so we agreed that we will supply the parts and they will do the respray and repair and taking out rust and so on. we took the vehicle to them on 13 July 2013 with the parts and only received the vehicle on 21 August 2013, after several promises and excuses we finally received the vehicle just to discover the following faults: The bonnet is not alligned, only fastened with a few bolts, the is not alligned, engin mounting was not replaced therefore the gearbox mounting broke and caused damages to the exhaus, the roof spray is not done properly any many more faults we paid R11000.00 kept the rest till all is fixed, but don't want to leave it there will wait another 5-7 weeks for vehicle. Then they send someone to collect the money and tricked my husband to take the vehicle to them to note faults, and then did not release the vehicle, we had no choise but to pay the R4000.00.
