Poor Customer service from Nomad Zotye

I purchased a brand new Nomad Zotye with a 5yr service plan from Mutli Franchise Bloemfontein in Oct'10. The car was 3 mnths when I put a complaint about the radio & aircon thats not working. It's 2 yrs later and nothing has been replaced as promised. On 10 mths the central locking started giving problems which I reported and the claim was rejected. On 8-11-2012 the power steering pump broke. Zotye informed me that the part will take 21 working days to order from overseas. I asked for a courtesy car because of the long delay for the parts. Zotye informed that they don't provide courtesy cars to their clients. I'm a pensioner and don't have a alterative vehicle which did not matter to them. In the mean while I hired a Avis car, borrowed 4 different vehicles in order to be mobile. Today (22 Jan '13) it is 75 days later and the parts still not arrived. I negotiated 3 times with Zotye Head Office about all my complaints and the delay of the parts. All feedback I recieved was that the parts have still not arrived and sorry for the inconvenience. In a weeks time the 3rd payment of R2260 are due and nothing has been solved. As a single pensioner I'm in desperate need for help.
