Booked my car in for an emergency service as a result of noises that were emanating from the engine. The car was booked in at 7AM on Thursday and during the whole morning no feedback was supplied to me. After countless message that i had leave for Salim (Service Agent) as he never responds to any of my messages that i left for him. I then was advised that there was a delay with spares due to the strike that was in place and i was assured that i would have feedback first thing the next morning. Yet again i ended up having to phone them for the feedback and was advised that the delay was now with their H/O approving my work order but they had the parts to do the job. Needless to say that i ended up having to escalate to Dave who then just put me back to Salim to resolve. The status as at day end on Friday was that they had only repaired the one part of the issues and to date including today being Monday i have yet to receive proper feedback from Mercedes. Its safe to say that this will be the last time ever that i deal with MBZ Constatia Park and will now nee dto look for another dealership within MBZ that at least care about their customers. Disgusted client...
