Beware mercedes warranty

My Mercedes 200 has an extended warranty. The vehicle broke down and was towed to the Pinetown dealership on Saturday 04/01/14. On Monday, I had to call the dealership to find out progres and was informed that it will take few days to repair. According to the warranty -" in the event that your vehicle is at a dealer for more than 48 hrs, the dealer will provide you with mobility". When I enquired abt the courtesy car I was informed that I do not qualify. I called the call center who confirmed that it is the dealers responsibility. When I spoke to the dealer again - I was informed that it is dependent on a courtesy car being available. I paid for a warranty for a courtesy vehicle being available within 48 hrs and not dependent on availability!!! - it is not even in the fine print!!!
I called the call center again to complain and was told that it is the dealers responsibility. If this is the attitude of Mercedes benz then it is time to consider changing brands to someone who respects warranties and provides a better service.
