Italsud did a service on my Audi Q7 - to try and prevent a irritaing noise from the engine. As always, brilliant service in short period period of time but did not fix the noise. Sent the car back and it was repaired. Toni returned the car on the same day with a full cash refund for original repair AND no charge for the additional repair. I've never experienced service like this before. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
