Consumer Rights Grossly Violated - Appauling Deal

My 1st new car; an exciting time, instead found myself mislead, misinformed and my consumer rights grossly violated. I was under the clear & distinct impression as per the Rentaults site, I was purchasing an Expression 1.6, but after my mother signed the purchase in KZN (never seen), I noticed the back of the car said Shake It, I was shocked, I asked Isaac (used car dearler) to pls advise, he informed me it was a "form of Expression -another version". 2 weeks after my purchase I grew very unhappy with my purchase and my car, things breaking, glue inside the car, inside driver door scratched, bad wipers scratched the windscreen, poor performance, air noises, jerking during gear changes, wind noises and my list went on. I was informed some things were normal and after my 1st service all should be great. It was not. Instead I have had to deal with over 7 1/2 months, appualing and poor customer service from Arno & Isaac. I want to cancel my deal and I was told I could not. I was never informed of my rights, only now see that so many were violated: my right 2 choose, 2 be informed, 2 fair marketing, 2 honest dealings, supplier accountability. A total of 6 violations. Pls assist.
