I have been unsucessfully trying to unsubscribe my email address from their marketing . i have unsubscribed the 11 and 31 July 2013 as well as today i.e 12 September 2013. Does unsubscribing have a time period before it expires? i feel my rights as a consumer is being violated as my request is not being adhered to. Why? Are you having technical issues with the link in your emails. I have the right to consent to receiving marketing, by unsubscribing i.e. thrice - i am saying I am not interested in your vouchers, I found it useless to be honest and after having to wait 3 months to cancel my subscription with amazing vouchers, which happened last year. Should this not be fixed, i will seek advice from the consumer protection Act because I believe my rights are being violated. I also have proof of me unsubscribing and still nothing is being done. Please don't continue sending me marketing via email or sms, I don't want and is not interested. PLEASE JUST UNSUBSCRIBE ME FOR GOOD, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH AMAZING VOUCHERS, YOUR ASSISTANCE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
