Criminal acts by online store

I have so many ref nr that say you will contact me, your online management just don't care.

If I hear nothing from you before Monday 10 am, 30 January 2013 I take it you have admit guilt and further violated my human rights.
Every time you go to the online management yet I have not heard a single word from them.

Section 27 of constitution of South Africa. "Everyone has the right to have access to social security, including, if they are unable to support themselves and their dependants, appropriate social assistance. The state must take reasonable legislative and other measures, within its available resources, to achieve the progressive realisation of each of these.

The South African National Consumer Union (SANCU) has documented eight key rights and they are as follows:
The right to be heard - The retailer, supplier or anyone else involved must listen to the consumer when they complain. The compliant should be addressed with the person at the top or a manager of a particular store.
The right to be informed - Consumers has the right to be given all the information they require about a product or service.
