thank you for your feedback, the driver that took the documents through has verified to your staff who he gave the documents to, thus it was not lost in my possesion.
i work with the proxy of the company i work for and he has verified it takes ONLY three days to recieve a duplicate.
it's been almost more than a month now, first it was applied for then " oh sorry we thought we applied for it", then we've applied for it, then " oh sorry our branch can't apply for it "
Please all i want is the registration document without any more excuses.
