I as a top customer with markham felt that this ongoing violation of our rights as customers are not giong to make good relations reading with the company.
On Friday, the st February 2013, i make payment at the markham store at the Sammy marks sqaure and has the liberty to take me a pair of new pants after making the payment, after all has been done and i exit the store was i forced by an employee to be search for other so called stuff in my purchase bags, however i asked the guy what is this all about and told the guy immediately i want this purchase cancel and vow not to return to the store. The manager was called and i inform him that i wish to cancel my purchase, wish i could've cancel my payment as well and make payment at my favourite store of which is wonderpark branch.my purchase was cancel and no explanation was given as to why your bags are search after you make a purchase at the store.
I think it is absolutely appalling and disgusting how we are treated while no store would ever investigate our money we carry to the stores. My next thought will be to closed my account and not to be bothered by arrogant store attendant acting as metro police officers.
