Poor service, rude staff and no communication

I ordered a car from Audi East Rand in the first week of February 2013 and I was promised that the car would be delivered at the end of March or the beginning of April. After not receiving correspondence for over a month, I visited the branch where I was informed that my car would only enter production in Germany on the 9th of April! At this point I told Audi that I was disappointed with their poor service and I cancelled my order and requested reimbursement of my deposit. I have been waiting for over a week now and I have still not received my money. When I phoned to ask why my money had not been paid, the salesman who I had originally ordered the car through told me that he was "very disappointed because he thought I was serious when I ordered the car". I am absolutely disgusted by the way I have been treated and I do not recommend this branch at all.
