I bought my Audi in February 2013. Everything was perfect with the car until 5 months later when the air suspension collapsed in my driveway. My husband took the car to our nearest dealership, being Audi East Rand, and the Service Advisor allocated to our job is Lukas Posthumus. For approximately 3 months after my car had been booked in, Audi East Rand could not find the reason for the suspension collapse, but eventually early November 2013, they confirmed that it was the valve and two small pipes that needed replacing. It took Audi East Rand another month to provide us with a quotation to replace these parts, and eventually after my husband gave the go-ahead on a quite excessive verbal quotation, as we have yet to receive an official paper quotation; Audi East Rand ordered the necessary parts in early December 2013. After a few days of following up and not getting any information, and sometimes not getting hold of Lukas, they told us that Audi Germany were closed for the December holidays and that they would need to wait to order the parts again early January 2014. Well, January has basically come and gone, and still no parts/car!
