I have ordered and pay for an Audi A1 with specifications, After a 4 month waiting period when the vehicle arrived it did not meet expectations. After several interactions with branch with NO resolution, then I have phoned help desk, customer service and explained my problem, all promised to come back but have not heard anything back.
It is bad service, have received a product that does NOT meet the expectations and what we have ordered.
