Highly frustrated - need help

I bought a Citroen C2 VTR 1.4i from 3 Way Auto. I am a single parent that needs transportation, this is my first car. The person who sold me the car is Leon. He told me a day after I signed papers for the car that I can get the car the next day, when I got there the car was not ready, he kept the car for a week, after a week has gone by I contacted them and there was just no response from them about the car. On Monday19 March 2013, I went to fetch the car, but the car was still not ready. I spoke to the owner Jaco. He promised that he will have the car ready the next day. The next day when I got there, a long list of faults with this car was presented to me. Keep in mind I am a single mother. I came to a point where I had enough, I called within a week and spoke to the Manager Johan (now the 3rd person I am dealing with). I mailed the list of the faults of the car and they fetched it on the 2 April 2013. They gave me a courtesy car with an empty tank. Really, things don't work like this. They had the car for a week and brought it back to me on the 9 April 2013, Johan assured me that everything on the list that I had provided to them has been taken care off, but it wasnt.
