My car was booked in for repairs on the 22 Feb 2013 - Approved for Repairs on the 4th March. My Insurance Broker updated me on me the Approval date - as it seems Auto Atlantic can't communicate!
I've Heard nothing from Auto Atlantic & decided to call on the 13th March & spoke to Jaco in charge, whom i swear never even looked at my car!! he thumb-sucked & said my car will only be done mid-April!! I FUMED!!
I only have a courtesy car for a month with my insurance. I started calling Melvin in Repairs & spoke to him last week - He said my car will definitely be done on Friday - 22 March, but he will keep me updated! NOBODY updates me!! so I call again on Friday & Melvin says no, my car will definitely be ready on monday 25 March coz he can see it being done in Polishing! My rental has to be in tomorrow & I was ready to pick up my car today! I call Melvin & he says no, they have to redo the bonnet!! I AM SO UPSET!! I REFUSE TO PAY MY EXCESS!! This is PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
