First for women referred me to Auto magic to take my car in for repairs. They always send me messages that my car is not ready as yet and it will be ready on a certain date of which it is never ready. I understand that as some parts takes time to be ordered. My biggest problem is the communication issues. They never notify me in time that my car is not ready and all the time i ask for my employer for time off hoping that my car will be ready. I was suppose to fetch my car today as per their sms. I called yesterday afternoon and asked the receptionist to check for me if I can come tomorrow she promised to call and she never did. Today at 07:41 I got a call that my car is still not ready. This is very unprofessional because I also have to be at work as well at 8, so if they call me at 8 telling me that my car is not ready it means I will be late at work and have to explain to my employer the same story every week. Please Auto Magic notify customers in time maybe the day before that the car is not ready so that they don't waste valuable time waiting for you. I will never recommend Auto Magic to anyone their service is just something else.
