My two packages were sent to skynet from Unisa in December, i recieved one packege and i have not recieved the other one.when i tried tracking it on the system it said they tried delivering it and no one was home.which i believe is because there 's always someone at home.i contacted skynet and spoke to Kabelo in pretoria on the 8th of Jan who said they will deliver the next day. The whole week went by and on Friday I called again and spoke to kabelo again who said they wont be able to deliver friday as their driver was having trouble with the car, they will deliver the next day which was a Saturday. Today its Tuesday and still have not received it, my calls are being transferred from one person to the next without any help.this is really a bad service and IN FUTURE I WONT BE USING SKYNET AGAIN!!!
