I logged a complaint about a parcel that wasn't delivered. Hein Bruyns from Berco Client Services contacted me the very next morning and said he would see to it that the parcel was delivered that same day. He kept his promise and the parcel was delivered. As a token of Berco's apology for the delay Hein also send me a drop box sleeve at no charge to use whenever I need to courier an item again. I am very impressed with their quick response and sorting out the problem.
After this I will definitely make use of their services again and recommend it to others.
