The servive at skynet is very poor, their call centre agents have a very bad attitude and they don't deliver on time. The say they deliver within 5 working days but they don't. My study materials have been in their warehouse for more than 10 days now and each time I call their agents give me an attitude, they tell me they don't know when they will deliver. They always tell me they will call the following day but they never do, I end up callin them, which is a waste of money cos it takes forever to get a consultant on the phone, u spend time on hold. Unisa should seriously reconsider their decision of using Skynet, this is not on. Now I've been missing my tutorilas
