According to the online tracking system both my parcels were scanned into the skynet Johannesburg factory on the 18th, 5 working days later and no further movement has been made! There is no way to even confirm when exactly skynet will deliver, even takealot or kalahari give you a delivery date, what is the point in going onto to your website to check with such limited information offered? I realize it is the festive season but as I mentioned above it has been FIVE working days and I am sitting at home on my holiday in order to make. Sure I receive my parcel! If u Re going to take more then 5 working days to deliver, which you have, you should At the very least give a date of delivery! It's obvious why unisa uses skynet, as it's a cheap service with terrible service! No ace for customers! Unfortunately students cannot choose who unisa uses as I would definitely not choose skynet! Absolutely pathetic service!
