My Unisa parcel has been received by Skynet on the 23rd of January 2014. Since then Skynet has struggled to find the delivery address, (which is in a main road) for 5 days. Initially they advised that they can not find the address. My mother sat at the front door the whole of the 29th and the 30th of January but nobody came. When I phoned, the driver merely said that he was there and no one was home which is a definite lie. Today, the 31st of January, someone eventually arrived at the property. The driver gave my mother a list of inventory of what needs to be delivered and advised her that he will deliver on Monday the 3rd of February. This is unacceptable that it takes a courier company more than a week to deliver a simple parcel locally. We are still unsure when (or even whether) the 2 parcels are going to reach us.
