Incompetent and unacceptable service!! When I walked into the Licence and registration office (which is privately owned and loosely affiliated to Denkins) I was greeted by a lady that seemed to be very busy and gave me the idea that I was intruding and that she did not really have time to help me. This was the first (and last) time I made use of this third party to assist me with the licensing and registration of a vehicle and did not know what to expect. I was treated and left to feel like a total after not having all the required info at hand. In stead of explaining to me what was needed to get the process started, I was treated like a five-year-old. I will NEVER EVER make use of their service nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
