I went to the Sunnyside campus to register for a UNISA course and was pleasantly surprised at how easily the process went. As I walked in I was greeted and immediately pointed in the right direction. All the staff on hand were friendly and helpful and the whole registration process went smoothly. When I had a question, I was quickly able to find someone who could help me and was given the feeling that my registration was important to them (considering the numbers of students that UNISA processes, that was quite unexpected). Everyone I met from the moment I walked in to the security were pleasant and friendly. A big thumbs up to UNISA's registration department.
