I have never been so messed around by a Finance company like now by Wesbank. I have seen a vehicle that I want 2 weeks ago so I started with the process to replace my previous vehicle as I was in an accident. The best option for me was to replace & I thought that this would be an easy process as I wouldn't have to re-finance etc.

I was so kidding myself! My Specialised Insurance Legal "person" ( Neo Mogoba) doesn't speak to me at all, she sends e-mails or get people to talk to you on her behalf, she keeps incorrect registration docs that's needed at the licensing dept to rectify the problem & also does not give proper/ any feedack at all. After two weeks I still do not have a vehicle & getting to and from work does not interest them at all as long as they can get or do what they want in 'Africa time" (tea time is anytime).

I will not ever in my life recommend WESBANK to anyone that I know. If you, Neo, just once take the time to REALLY assist your clients or even just 1 client you will find that it is so rewarding. Maybe if you also cared a little bit about your fellow human beings you will make sure that their problems are tended to much quicker & in less time.
