I sent a parcel from Dbn to Jhb 13 Feb 2013. Parcel was not able to be collected after some time because of the post office strike & customer sent another courier service to collect what he needed from me. I now want my parcel back since they were closed for some time and collection was not possible. I am now told that I must pay to have my parcel returned to me. Since Speed Services Couriers did not do what they promised, why should I now be liable to pay for my goods to be returned. You would think that given the situation and the inconvenience caused they would be happy to make amends here. Tracking number is TC193305022ZA. Last time I ever use them!
