Parcel tc 217258837za was sent to me yesterday overnight at courier rates and now when I call your help line -the lady Lebo just plainly tells me that I cannot get my parcel or the service I paid for at courier rates due to a strike.
My parcel is in jet park and she says I cannot collect from there is this true?

I want a refund of my money and also I would like to collect my parcel in Jet Park.

how come a courier company independant of the psot office is affected by a post office strike?
secondly how come thye took my money when they cannot deliver overnight as promised.
