Poor Service quality

I purchased a VW Touran privatley and had the major service for 120 000km done at hoopers. I fitted new tyres the day before and wanted Hoopers to sort out the alignment for me as well. I went to collect the car on thursday, 4th April and was given a bill for R6714, 55 (was quoted R5500 originally). I was told that the alinment was fine after a road test was done and did not need to be done. I took the car home and on Friday got a series of warning lights on my dash. I called Hoopers and was told to bring in the car the next week as they only handled a few jobs on a saturday. I was not happy with the road handling as well and decided to take the car for a secong opinion. I was informed that my cambers needed adjustment and this cost me an additional R530.My wife was not happy with the cleaning done by VW .There was sand and dust everywhere and we had to have the car re-washed and vacuumed on that saturday as this was going to be our first holiday away as a family. This was our first VW and we decided to use Hoopers based on their quote and the reputation they had. I work in the motor industry and alwys rated VW as a highly competitive brand. Their service was a disappointment. I cannot recommend
