Problems with the NEW 2013 GOLF 7 TSI

I have purchased the New Golf 7 TSI 1.2 Trendline in white on the 20 March 2013 at Hoopers Volkswagen. In May I have noticed that there was a stinky smell coming from the aircon units. I drove it to the nearest VW and the technicians claimed that the clutch had been burned. When I called the dealership they had asked for R4500 to have a look. I then sent a complain to VWSA. They had make further arrangements for the car to be inspected free of charge. This was ridiculous as the car was only 2 months old. When the car had gone in for inspection the cell phone charger power point fuse had been blown. At the same time the driver's side window had a squeaky sound when opening and closing and there was a rattling noise coming from the steering wheel. Thereafter having the same problem a month later, sending my car in again to Hoopers but no avail. I have sent this car in twice already for repairs as the cell phone charger fuse had been blown twice and the rattling noises never goes away. I have now asked for my car to be return/replaced as it is within my six month period, as per the CPA rights but Hoopers have turned a deaf ear to me. Please assist?
