I am extremely disappointed with the service i recieved with regards to my vehicle, the car was purchased brand new from hoopers dbn 9 months ago and now has a cylinder problem which has resulted in me having to leave the car at the service department, what quality good does vw sell to the public that the vehicle has problems within the first year, i understand the factory warranty is still valid but my disappointment is with regards to obtaining a curtosy vehicle, the said vehicle was not brought in due to an accident or negligence on my part and yet i am told that there is no curtosy vehicle available at the moment i will have be on the waiting list, an organisation which carries such a huge brand does not cater for unforseen emergencies with their customers, i was never told about this when i purchased the vehicle, the sales people are so ready to assist you to get the deal signed and vehicle released that they dont take the time to explain the important details, my job requires me to travel daily and its unacceptable that i have to now hire a vehicle at my own cost to be able to do my job . i had to tell the staff to contact other vw branches to find a car.
