It is so demoralising to be robbed by manufacturing giants, with no remorse. VW has delayed a resolution on my car issue for 30 months, ensuring that by the time I get the necessary proof, my vehicle warranty would expire. Since I had only 6000kms on the clock, I started having problems on my, the EPC light came, engine losing compression, my front camber/toe was out of spec, the tyres had radial wear [Continental], etc, its endless. 1st I approached Weiss Toti, with my faults, then I approached VWSA, then the selling dealer Hoopers, I went to the Motor Ind Ombudsman. Weiss instructed a modification without my permission, I was notified by the 3rd party. With a negative response, I went to the Marketing Director, Mike Glendinning, also rejected the vehicle's defects. For 34 months I have been paying for a car that is a factory defect [camber]. To date VWSA refuses to take responsibility, I tried many avenues & was turned down by all. VW states that alignment is not guaranteed by the factory, but the alignment is not the issue, the camber is non adjustable part THE CAR IS FAULTY! I wish that people would stop passing the buck & admit to their errors, STOP ripping innocent ppl off!
