My vehicle was was purchased in Feb 2012, owned for 6mths and vehicle began smoking
Took vehicle to service centre, I was told that the Valve stem seals was the cause for the smoking
And I agreed to the vehicle being sorted out, Udesh the service advisor assuresd me that the smoking will go away but the day I took delivery of the vehicle, it was smoking but was asked to drive it in cos of the engine being done, I reported to many occasions to udesh and service manager Douglas but nothin was done until the 12mth warranty expired Vehicle is back in the workshop for a month now havin engine done again for my cost and its be said that the vehicle be decatted caused the engine to to fail which I believe is a load of, udesh needs to go on more customer training cos his attitudes stinks and maybe he needs more vehicle knowledge, I have requested for a quote/estimate for work to be carried out but up to date I just got attitude from Udesh and no quote, my main concern is is my vehicle going to be sorted? I would have to fork out another 14000 for worked that was not done correctly the first time and the dealership will not take resposiblity for their mistake
