Hi I have a ford focus 2.0 tdci and seviced it at novel ford stellenbosch. After 3 days, hearing nothing from them I called and asked if my car is done. They told me yes and when I went picking up my car I noticed that only my service book is in my car, and not the oweners manual and motorite warrenty. I asked the guy at the service department a hundred times where are my cars books, foned them a thousend times and he always told me they did not have it. But the morning before I took my car I was taking fotos of the sevice book, oweners manual and motorite warrenty. After a month and a half I went to them and told them that I have evidence of my books and I am going to put my lawyer on them. The man at the sevice department told me to hold a second and went fetching something at the back, bringing my cars oweners manual and motorite warrenty book. Why they wanted to "" it, I don't know? Bad sevice and I will make sure everyone I know with fords will never let their cars be serviced at novel ford stellenbosch!
