Wrong diagnosis made and humilation by the deale

I took in the car for the dealer to reset the screen which was showing a tyre puncher and in the morning it will indicate that the temeparature was 40 degrees and was reporting late that that the coolant level was low and there will be the message on the screen which says that stop the engin or drive the car moderately for the engin to cool down.
Riaan from the dealer called and gave a verbal quote which to the value of 13 000 which I did not accept and when I collected a car I ask for my quotation which they did not want to give to me but they wanted me to pay and promised to pay. I made several calls and they promised to e-mail.
On thursday 28 March I started to ask for quote and only to find out that their quote was over inflated the quote. After spending three and half hours at the dealer waiting for invoice and the quote I evetually requested my car keys and when I started the car the screen was of and they reffered me to the service manager who was very rude and he told that the diagnosis on the care was a serious electronic problem which was contrary to what I was told by Riaan. The car had now a funny sound and had to live it at the office and left strandent.
