Riaan Bouwer gave poor service and gave me the wrong quote to replace my car keys. The first quote was for R2, 559.70. My insurance only paid me out R1900. After giving up on Riaan as he never gets back to me, I asked Dansel to assist me and he said that Riaan gave me the wrong quote. The new quote is now R4, 815.25. It has increased by R2, 255.55!! My insurance refuse to pay the balance and Riaan Bouwer nor Dansel has come back to me yet for weeks now after numerous attempts from my side! I want BMW to please pay out the balance as it was their mistake!
