No feedback and corruption

My company vehicle was dropped off at Hyundai Strijdom Park on Thursday morning - 30 January 2014. The cam-belt had gone and we asked if we could please have a quote. Within 2 hours or so we were called by a staff member to say that the repair would be exorbitant and that he could do the work on the side for us at a much reduced rate. We said no thank you and could we please have an official quote. He then called back again to say that the quote would be a lot (approx. over R 15 000) and he could do it for R 7500.00. We said no we would like the official quote from Hyundai. I then called the Dealer Principal and reported the matter on Thursday afternoon and he assured me he would get back to me and make sure we got our quote. Yesterday (3 Feb) I called him back as we had heard nothing only to be told that he has left the company. I spoke to someone in the service dept. and explained my issue and he said he would call me back. That was 24 hours ago. Still no quote and still no response. I have been on hold for 10 minutes this morning for the Service Manager and can't get him on the phone. Do I take my vehicle elsewhere?
