I filed for a claim early May 2013 to smart insurance and it was turned down the first time the Amount of R2428.20 which was part of the dent coz i knew that they pay R3000 for it. I told the dealer i will pay for the other part of the dent myself. I sent the quote and they wanted more information and they told me i should go back to the dealer and make a quote for everything wihich i did, they don't even call me, am the one calling to find out how far. I went to the dealer and he made another quote which went up to R8166.53 even the dealer said to me they making me a fool. I called abt a 2 weeks ago to find out about my claim and I was told its still with the managers and I called back today to find out about my claim 25/06/2013 and was told it decline because of the amount. I asked that lady why she was we pay until R3000 and she was you read page 3 of your insurance policy you'll find that. I told her i knew that, I was my first quote was less than R3000 you declined it saying I must include every dent in the car knowing well that you going to decline it coz it will cost more than the amount that you pay. I feel that i was taken for a ride and communcation was bad.
