We moved from Bloem to Gaborone. Firstly they changed dates at the last minutes which resulted that I could not take over my plants as the permits could not be issued the same day as the move. Then they used a sisters company wherby my funiture was loaded over to in Jhb. When the sisters company, Frasers, ofloaded we had to stop them until management came to the house to adress the staff to handle my goods with care. We occored major furniture damage. The director never comes back to us (Charl). My claim was R84, 000 and all the insurer is willing to pay is a louzy R29000. Perthetic!!! Never use Tray International as an Insurer as well. Please also be aware, they mark on their list at all wooden furniture that there as exsisting scratches and never call you to show it to you to sign next to it. At the end they push it in your hand and say sign your goods are loaded. They use codes so you can not pick it up.
Not once did the Branch manager of Bloemfontein took the time and have the decency to pick up her phone and appologise. Who else have had the same experiances so we can compile everything and take it way much further. Cate Blanch...
