Refusal to Take Accountability for Insurance Claim

My company contracted Stuttaford Van Lines (SVL) to manage my move from Bloemfontein to Hilton in December 2012. The truck that arrived at our new property was not the one that left our Bloemfontein house. Needless to say, we had articles missing and damage to our possessions. Due to the team's late arrival, they were in a rush to leave (without unpacking), I had to phone Rachel to make the team come back the next day. All boxes were opened with SVL staff present. My claim was submitted in time and after two months I receive a settlement offer from Megan Young (Tray International). More that half the items claimed are excluded, stating: "SVL instructed not to open boxes" An email was send to Megan Young, Andre Wiegand, Sandra Kotze and Rachel Harris on Tuesday 12 March 2013 giving them the opportunity to rectify within 24 hours. In the email I mentioned the issue will be escalated to SVL senior management, but no response to date. I need SVL to take responsibility for this poor service and composite me for loss and damage of property.
