This is really the last straw, I've not asked once or twice for an answer but several times. And yet no one bothers to reply or they say they will advise the finance department. This morning it took me 8 attempts to get through to a consultant and finally when I got through it was the same excuse of we will forward it on to the finance department attention. I've told the consultant and I'm telling you now that if I receive no payment of the outstanding amounts due (2 outstanding payments also indicated on your system as so) I will take legal action, because as far as I'm concerned and the contract signed with your representative is this a breach of contract by law. So I suggest you get in contact with me straight away as failing to do so will result in legal action. Your urgent attention in this matter will be appreciated.
