To start of after the Deposit was paid after quotes and dates where accepted, they call to say they can't do the move on the day, I should proof that date was made, also I pulled the recordings and the story changed all of sudden. Then they arrive late, and then their is not enough space in the truck as they picked up extra stuff for someone ells, after once again fights I had to make arrangements for half of my stuff to be kept overnight so they can pick it up the next day at 07:00 and it will be in CPT they day after the rest of the goods, so i arranged to sleep over so can receive the rest of the goods. When the 1ste load arrived, the door was not closed properly, was tied with rope, witch allowed water to enter and damage some of my wooden furniture, as they unload, found more structural damages to brand new appliances, they staff stand on your furniture to unload stuff. then we sleep over, we call to confirm the arrival of the 2nd load, that was only pickled up at 13:30, that the goods will only be in CPT in Weeks time. when these goods finally, guess what more damaged goods, boxes open and damaged, furniture damaged, and stuff not all their.
