On 4 February 2013, I took my 2010 E 250 Cdi for a routine service (Please note that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, it was due for a service) At 16:30, I called the dealer (Menlyn), to find out if I could collect the vehicle. The dealer told me that it was not ready yet, and that they would let me know when to collect.
It has now been TWO MONTHS, and my vehicle is still in their workshops>>
Apparently, after the service was carried out, a technical campaign was carried out on the vehicle, and it stopped running. It is still not running!!
After countless phone calls there is still no resolve.
Today the technical team is busy launching a new product, so my car cannot be repaired.
I believe that MBSA should be competent in repairing their current products Before launching new ones.
