Since the 9 January 2013. Because there is no spare parts for the Toyota and is so sorry about the lack of management in their Spare Parts Section, that the problem has been left behind. My parents was in a accident in Dec 2012 (not their fault) and when the panel beater reopened after the festive season Toyota came now to me and my insurance to inform me on the 9th Jan 2013 that the ETIOS spare part needed to be fix, the part will only be available after February on the 7 March 2013. So when I decided to make a lot of noise with the management I was informed that they are sorry but there is still some admin involve that would take now up to 20 days until the 29 January 2012 (that was last week), I have send many E-mails regarding this matter but with-out any positive feedback (no positive response). Please can somebody assist me I have even E-mailed the CEO of McCarthy Toyota Mr Steve keys and CEO Mr J Van Zyl, but it looks like I am below their standards or something (also Mr Akio Toyoda INT CEO TOYOTA), maybe if it was their parents they would have done something already, I am disappointed. They also said my parents will get a courtesy vehicle on the Monday the 28 JAN 2013.
