HI, im very dissappoint in your services. i was at your bedford center branch 2 weeks ago to inquire if speed services was on strike or not. i was told the strike did not affect them i sent a parcel which was suppose to be overnite delivery since 22nd of march, i even paid R269 (which i was expecting it to be that much for it) for the client to collect the next day but as im speaking she has not recieved it.
i want to claim the refund for the amount i paid because it is not no longer a speed service that i paid for. it will be a week tommorow that it was posted.
