Hi. I am appalled by the shocking service from this company! I paid R150 for a parcel to be sent to me on Thursday (28th February) and when I went to collect today (04 March) from my local PO they told me it never arrived! This parcel is VERY IMPORTANT for my business which is now suffering because of your companies failure. I lost a R4500 deal and now have to cover these expenses from my own pocket thanks to SPEED SERVICES not to mention I lost a customer and reputation. I would like a full refund (R150) because I especially paid for Speed Services as I needed my goods quickly! You guys take money and don't provide the service and this can be considered as! I will also now share my story on Hellopeter because I feel people should be warned not to be robbed and I cannot leave a comment on your website because the complaints box is full! You guys are messing up peoples businesses!
