I've been trying to discuss a new account with Ram Courier services, but all I've been getting is people promising to call us back. This has been going on for a month now. I phoned the company three times but still never got a response from them. This is totally unacceptable and it seems as if RAM is not interrested in improving, maintaining and building a new customer base. I've tried contacted the CEO - Dean and Jean Lazarus, but the staff kept on putting me on hold. I could not even get thru to the PA. I am really not impressed.
