Bad service from date of purchasing new Rio

My car always had a power problem since purchase, no power on slight inclines. Car has been in&out workshop, mechs even came to my workplace with computers when I couldn't take off work anymore. Car will be good for 1-2 weeks, then again no power.
First service was Dec'12 on which mechs discovered a faulty clutch, factory fault, because it is a warranty problem, They could not fix it that day, but I had to wait for stock to be ordered. This was the 1st week in Dec, I phoned 2 weeks later, & mid Jan'13, without any success, they are busy and don't have stock...? They WILL phone me...
By end of Jan'13 my car started having slight difficulty changing gears every now&then. I had a head on collision on 8th Feb'13 while stationary caused by a car that was going to fast&then went out of control.
Today is the 27th of Mar'13 and I still do not have my vehicle back -FIRSTLY - because Kia parts are NOT obtainable easily-we talking simple things like AIR / RADIATOR&PIPES -
Finally 7WEEKS later, I was promised my car by the panel beaters, Kia w/shop just has to bled my air...
FINALLY I thought... MY CAR NOW HAS a BLOWN HEAD GASKET... and was told this is going to take another few weeks.
