Bad attitude from the Ombudsman

My car has been in the panel beater since the 1 Nov 2012 due to hail damage and still in I sent an e-mail to the Ombudsman before regarding the insurance company doing nothing to claim the excess back from a previous claim where a taxi turned in front of my Nephew and the insurance company did noting to claim from the taxi driver the party guilty which I sent to the Ombudsman noting my error I sent another e-mail and this is the respond. The person below has sent private info in error to me before
