I have asked on monday last week for a refund which I have paid in November month and never got the goods. Not phoning me I had to phone on tuesday again and has been told they only do it by cheque. Then I asked their head office when the complaints lady told me it is true and I have been informed that I will recieve it latest friday. Today is tuesday (a week later) and I had to phone them again to find out when will I get my money back. Also been told by their head office today that William only submitted the refund yesterday. Why wait an entire week? Do I really have to wait another week before I will get my money back? Poor service if you ask me. Keep your clients informed. I am also in the car industry and when we refund a client we do it within a week electronicly.
