On Sunday 19/05/2013 I bought a bag and waybill from the Pick n Pay Kolonnade Retail Park. I completed and dropped my package in the drop box. On Tuesday 21/05/2013 I was unable to track my parcel online and sent Berco a email via their website. Within hours I was contacted by Berco to confirm that the package was delivered in Nelspruit (Less than 48 hours after I dropped the parcel in the drop box) and I just paid R99! This is truly good value for money and the best service I have received from a courier company in a very very long time! Well Done Guys!
