Dissappointing

I sent a birthday gift to a friend of mine using berco because the company that i work for uses them all the time. the gift was delivered to the wrong person (who had the same name, different spelling) and at the wrong address. I called to track and i was told it was delivered only not to my friend, and then told that the guy who delivered was off sick so i had to wait for him to come back to fetch the parcel and take it to the right place. During this time I was also told that this person knows my friend and she will take it via somebody. This is now a month later and I get a call from my friend saying Berco is here but the plastic sleeve is open and they are asking him to sign for the parcel. To cut a long story short more than a month for all this. The gift was returned to me with not so much as an apology. Disappointment is an understatement of the century
